Talkspace allows practitioners to view client's login information in an emergency situation where there is a need to provide this information to authorities due to risk of client harm to self and/or harm to others.
To locate your client's IP address information in an emergency, please follow these steps:
- In the client's room, click on the Case tab, open the Actions section, and click Emergency contact login
- Click View client login information
- You will then see a record of the client’s logins with their IP address
