To access your client's room, follow these steps:

Log in to the Talkspace Platform: Use your Talkspace credentials to log in.

Navigate to Your Dashboard: Once logged in, locate the appropriate row for your client on the dashboard and click it.
Once you enter your client's room, you will see the following chat, which is where you will be able to engage with your client via asynchronous messaging and/or initiate a Live Session.
You will also see tabs in the client record on the left side of the room. To find out more about these tabs, see What does the client record include?
