To stop receiving text messages related to your Talkspace application, the Clinical Consultation Team, or Provider Support, simply reply to any of our text messages with one of the following keywords:
STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
Once you send one of these keywords, you’ll receive a confirmation message:
"You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
Important Note: Sending one of the above keywords in response to a text from the Clinical Consultation Team, Provider Support, or about your application will NOT unsubscribe you from text messages from the Talkspace platform/app regarding your sessions. These messages are sent from a separate system. To unsubscribe from those messages, you must respond to them directly. |
What if I want to resubscribe?
If you’ve unsubscribed and wish to start receiving our text messages again, you can reply with one of the following keywords:
START, YES, or UNSTOP.
This will reactivate your subscription to our text messages.
