How do I opt out of support text messages?

To stop receiving text messages related to your Talkspace application, the Clinical Consultation Team, or Provider Support, simply reply to any of our text messages with one of the following keywords:

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Once you send one of these keywords, you’ll receive a confirmation message:

"You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

 

Important Note: Sending one of the above keywords in response to a text from the Clinical Consultation Team, Provider Support, or about your application will NOT unsubscribe you from text messages from the Talkspace platform/app regarding your sessions. These messages are sent from a separate system. To unsubscribe from those messages, you must respond to them directly.

 

What if I want to resubscribe?

If you’ve unsubscribed and wish to start receiving our text messages again, you can reply with one of the following keywords:


START, YES, or UNSTOP.

This will reactivate your subscription to our text messages.
