How do I opt out of support text messages?

To opt out of receiving text messages regarding your Talkspace application, the Clinical Consultation Team, or from Provider Support, reply to any of our text messages with one of the following keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

If you respond to one of our text messages with one of the above keywords, you will receive the response: You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.


Important Note: Sending one of the above keywords in response to a text from the Clinical Consultation Team, Provider Support, or about your application will NOT unsubscribe you from text messages from the Talkspace platform/app regarding your sessions. These messages are sent from a separate system. To unsubscribe from those messages, you must respond to them directly.


If you have unsubscribed at any point from our texts and wish to receive them again, you can text us with START, YES, or UNSTOP to start receiving texts again.
