Please be available to clients at least 5 days of the week.
During your 5 designated working days, within your normal working hours it is best practice to send an introduction message within 3 hours of matching with a new clients and respond to established messaging clients 1-2 times a day.
Be sure to have at least one time slot available for each Live Session your clients have. For instance, if you have 5 clients who have plans that include 4 Live Sessions a month, be sure to select at least 20 Live Session Availability Blocks per month.
