Talkspace Provider App is available in the App Store.
To download to your iOS device (iPhone or iPad) click this link, then click the GET button. Once the app is downloaded, simply log in with your Talkspace credentials.

Updates to the Talkspace Provider App occur automatically when your device updates, but to ensure your App is up-to-date, please follow these steps:
- On your iOS device, go to App Store
- Click the profile icon in the upper right corner
- Scroll to Upcoming Automatic Updates
- If the Talkspace Provider App is listed, click UPDATE to immediately initiate the update
If you use the Talkspace Provider app on an iPhone/iPad, you can opt in to receive push notifications from the app. These notifications will include events such as new session bookings, session confirmations, new client matches, and more.
When the app is downloaded and opened, there will be a request to allow push notifications. If you already have the app downloaded and the push notifications are disabled, you can also tap Turn On Notifications at the top to see the request to allow push notifications.
If you select Allow, you will then see Push Notifications are ON in the app settings.

To adjust where and how the push notifications from this app are displayed on your phone, you will need to go into your phone's Settings app, then select Notifications, then find and tap the Talkspace Provider
app.
If you wish to disable the push notifications from the Talkspace Provider app, toggle the Allow Notifications switch at the top of this settings page to the off position.

The Talkspace Provider App is not currently available for Android or Google devices.
For the best mobile experience with the Talkspace platform, we recommend an iOS device.
While you can log into the platform through a mobile browser on an Android device, the experience may be less robust than the web platform or iOS mobile app.
